Noise Advection with Geometry Nodes

Blender, Free Tutorials, Tutorials

Advecting points through vector fields is often handy for different purposes. It can be used to visualize noise fields or vector volumes or just to create some beautiful abstracted graphics. Follow Manuel in this tutorial, while he hacks Geometry Nodes to make iterative advection along vectors possible.

  1. Appreciate for really nice tutorial.
Is there any way to bake Geometry Node’s output in keyframe timeline??
If i add more Advection group nodes, blender get really slow and even crashs.
As i know if i use rigid body or physics simulation, there is cache bake function but
Geometry Node’s cache bake is found nowhere.
What i want to check is if i can see my simulation in timeline as real time (at least faster than keyframe playing, it takes too long).
