Struggling with shortening the life of the particles. Tried setting their life to 6 in both the 1st and 2nd sim and both are creating flickering results. I’m assuming this has to do with the ptnum being used in the sticking process and it fluctuating due to the killed-off particles – but not sure how to tweak the setup to allow for particles with this shorter lifespan.
