Hi Mo, thanks for all your amazing tutorials… I have a problem here but it’s probably a viewport setting I can’t find… When I set the surface attribute to point.Cd on the VDB from Polygons SOP, the entire volume gets filled with fog (this doesn’t happen in yours), any ideas?
Hey, this seems to be some new behaviour of Houdini, where new volumes will be displayed as density by default. To fix this, simply wire a volumevisualization sop below. This will add a bunch of detail attribs that guide Houdini in which volumes will be displayed and which won’t. The default settings work fine on this node.

This occures still in H20.5. What does this mean?
