Hey Jon, on both the SOP and POP solver there’s a parameter called “Start Frame”, you can use this to delay your sims. The SOP solver unfortunately will return no geometry until the simulation starts – to fix this, simply use a switch node to switch between the vdbfromploygons and the solver node in the Pill Dissolve setup. I also found it looked nicer to ramp up the number of particles by animating the density scale on the scatter node on the first few simulation frames.
Sim is working well, I’m just wondering how I can delay the dissolve so that i can make the pill drop and then start dissolving.
